---|---|---|
1 | Dirty White Tunic | The first layer of Altair’s uniform is a dirty white, long-sleeved tunic that ends just a little above his knees. This makes putting on his leatherwear more comfortable. |
2 | Dark Brown Medieval Pants | A pair of loose, dark brown pants is great for moving around which is perfect for Altair’s very active lifestyle. The snug fit of the pants lower portion makes it easier to wear knee-high boots above it. |
3 | Sleeveless White Vest-Hood | The second layer of Altair’s uniform is a simple sleeveless, white vest with the signature beak-shaped hood. Removing the sleeves from this robe, shaping the hood, and shortening the robe will make this piece Altair-perfect. |
4 | Simple White A-Line Skirt | To make moving around easier, use this skirt as Altair’s third and longest layer. A few simple cuts will make this a great alternative costume piece. |
5 | Brown Knee-High Leather Boots | Soft for comfort, but long for protection; knee-high boots are a great pair to use when you need to move around stealthily which is perfect for what Altair needs to do. |
6 | Red Pirate Sash | As a final touch to Altair’s main uniform, a red sash is wrapped around his waist. This gives his uniform some color and at the same time, it also protects his body from the heavy pouch he ties around his waist. |
7 | Brown Leather Belt | This simple piece is great for re-creating Altair’s multi-purpose pouch. All you need to do is sew on some pockets to hold your costume weapons and more. |
8 | Brown Arm Guards | With all the action going on around him, Altair would need some protection for his arms, and these brown arm guards will do just that. |
9 | Leather Shoulder Strap | Another great base for one of Altair’s weapon holders. Sewing a few pouches and belts will make this strap the perfect place to house Altair’s dagger and throwing knives. |
10 | Sword of Altair | Forged from silver metal, this is Altair’s favorite sword which he uses often. It has a magnificent design, featuring a pair of eagle wings as a cross guard and a leather hilt. |
11 | Full Costume | Available for those who prefer accurate look |
Born to members of the Assassin Order, Altair Ibn-La’Ahad knew no other life. The youngest Mentor of his time, Altair made changes to the Order’s rules about their uniforms and is well-known for usually wearing his mentor robes.
His uniform consists of the symbolic beak-shaped hood that marks a master assassin, three layers of white linen as is customary to the Order, brown pants, and knee-high boots. He completes his outfit with a brown leather belt full of pouches, a single shoulder strap, his sword, and arm guards.
Altair’s robes may look the simplest; but what he lacks in flair, he makes up for with functionality. Here is what you need to look like Altair Ibn-La’Ahad!
About Altair Ibn La Ahad from Assassin’s Creed
Since Assassin’s Creed is such a huge franchise with many characters that have their own personal backstories, it’s not much of a surprise that fans want to know how each and every one of these well-loved characters are related to each other. A question that caused a huge debate in the fandom is whether Altair and Ezio are genetically related.
We know that both are ancestors of Desmond, and it’s possible. There is no final answer from the makers of the game; but going through interviews, we can safely assume that Altair and Ezio are NOT related. They are both from independent bloodlines that converged through the years from Desmond’s maternal side. This means that Altair and Ezio do not share the same DNA, but Desmond Miles shares both of theirs.
