X-ray Costume for Halloween
How to Make an X-ray Costume
# | Item | Description |
---|---|---|
1 | Board | Get a board big enough to cover the torso of your child. |
2 | Black Paint | Then, paint it black. |
3 | White Paint | Draw the bones and the outline of the x-ray sheet with white paint. |
6 | Ribbon | Cut holes on the shoulder part of the board. Tie ribbons there to make it easy to wear. |
7 | Black Pajamas | Then, get a black pajama set for the child. |
8 | Mask and Gloves | For a finishing touch, get this skeleton mask and gloves, too. |
The X-ray costume can be worn with a child’s typical black pajama set. Just paint a board black with the details of the x-ray page in white. You can add other skeleton details like a mask and gloves, too.
About X-ray
An X-ray, short for X-radiation, is a penetrating form of high energy electromagnetic radiation. It can be used to examine most parts of the body such as bones and joints. It is also sometimes used to diagnose problems affecting soft tissues such as internal organs. Complications that can be detected during an X-ray include fractures and broken bones.
