Helen Keller’s costume is pretty easy to recreate. You can simply wear a vintage white dress with boots. For more modern pieces, you can throw in a vintage blouse and white skirt to match. Get a brown wig and tie it in a half up-do with a ribbon.

Helen Keller was an American author and beloved disability rights icon and activist. She lost her sight and hearing when she battled an illness when she was a baby. Keller wrote 14 books and many essays. She and her governess Anne Sullivan were known to have been companions for almost 50 years.
