Padme Amidala (Star Wars) Costume for Halloween

How to make Padmé Amidala Costume

Padme Amidala Costume for Cosplay & Halloween
# Item Description
1 White long-sleeve t-shirt In case you don’t happen to have a white spandex jumpsuit lying about in your closet, you can always use a tight, white, long-sleeve t-shirt, preferably made of spandex or some other stretchable material. If you want to look like Padmé after the battle in the arena, you might have to sacrifice that same long-sleeve white t and turn it into a crop top and cut the right sleeve up to your shoulder
2 White spandex leggings Whichever version of Padmés outfit you choose to copy, you will need a pair of white leggings. Along with the white, long-sleeve t-shirt, it will look just like a whole jumpsuit, especially when you strap on your belt to hide the shirt overlapping the leggings. It would also look great with the crop top variant of this outfit
3 Beige, knee-high, pull-on boots With this outfit, you get to wear beige, knee-high, pull-on boots even if it’s not chilly outside.
4 Long, white wool scarf In Attack of the Clones Padmé carries around a very thick white cape, which you can copy by wearing a long, white, wool scarf, like the one suggested in the link, as if it was a cape.
5 Silver duct tape (for arm bands) You’ve probably heard the saying: “duct-tape solves everything”. Well, as funny as it may sound it does add a nice little touch to your Padmé costume in the form of an improvised pair of silver armbands, which can be quite a pain to find
6 Beige wide belt Strap on a wide, beige belt and you’re ready to go.
7 blaster When this lady grabs a blaster, she goes from diplomatic senator to full-on femme fatal. Click on the link to check an imitation of Padmé´s blaster
8 Full Costume Option 1 (before battle) Luckily, this set already includes everything you need: white, polyester jumpsuit with silver arm bands and beige boot tops. It also has a white cape and a beige utility belt with a plastic blaster modeled after the one in the movie
9 Full Costume Option 2 (after battle) Very similar to the previous set, this one also comes with a pair of silver arm bands and a beige utility belt with a plastic blaster. The only difference is that instead of a full-body jumpsuit, it is a white crop top with a left, long, sleeve and matching white pants decorated with beige boot tops. Aside from that, it’s virtually the same outfit

There are two approaches to this outfit: before and after the battle at Petranaki Arena, in planet Geonosis. Previous to the battle, Padmé is seen wearing her full jumpsuit with a thick white cape. By the end of the ordeal, she’s lost the cape and is left in an improvised crop-top with a long left sleeve and a short right sleeve.

Dress-up like Padmé Amidala and you’re bound to cause a great disturbance in the Force.

Padmé Amidala Overall Look

Here we have a queen and a senator who is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and blast her way out of trouble. From planet Naboo, Padmé Amidala makes her way into our collection with her iconic tight white jumpsuit decorated with silver arm bands, beige, pull-on boots and a matching utility belt as seen in Star Wars – Episode II: Attack of the Clones.

The reason her white jumpsuit stands out from the rest of her wardrobe is because it’s nothing like the rest of her gowns and dresses. In addition, she wears it in action-packed sequences, which makes it all the more memorable. And of course, let’s not forget the fact that this jumpsuit resembles the one Princess Leia wore in Empire Strikes Back, thus giving a nice little nod to the original trilogy.
